Bellingham Schools

The Bellingham School District includes thirteen elementary schools for grades K-5, four middle schools for grades 6-8, three high schools for grades 9-12 and a small alternative high school. Students attend specific schools depending neighborhood boundary lines. In all there are about 10,300 students enrolled in the public school district. The average class size for all grades is 24 students. Approximately 700 teachers are employed by the district and an additional 550 support staff.
